At Amazing Grace Primary School, in Buea, Cameroon, there are many more students than desks. Students have to fight for a desk, sit on the floor, or, too often, stay home.
This project funded 30 desks which sit three students each—or seating for 90 students. Also funded were two large classroom work tables and four chairs for teachers.
Finally, subject-specific workbooks and blank notebooks were provided to all 244 students in the school. Pencils and pens as well.
