Every donation of $8 provides one adolescent girl a kit of washable, reusable sanitary supplies. These kits allow her to manage her period so she can stay in school. The kits last 3-5 years, usually long enough for the girls to finish school.

• The kits are made at our sewing centers in Kenya, Cameroon, Uganda, Tanzania, and Nepal.
• Without the kits, the girls have no way to deal with their monthly menstrual cycle.
• The girls will also receive education on female biology, feminine hygiene, self defense.
• This is one of the most cost effective liberations of human potential on the planet!
