Every donation of $6 provides one adolescent girl a kit of washable, reusable sanitary supplies. These kits allow her to manage her period so she can stay in school. The kits last three years, usually long enough for the girls to finish school.

• The kits are made at our sewing centers in Kenya and Nepal.
• Without the kits, the girls have no way to deal with their monthly menstrual cycle.
• The girls will also receive education on female biology, feminine hygiene, self defense.
