Project Description

There are 732 students and 11 teachers in only 8 classrooms at Naibowa Primary School. The kitchen makes the midday meal over stone-ringed fire on the ground. This project built a new 6m x 6m kitchen with two vented cooking vessels, called jikos, so the cook can make more than just a meager thin porridge.
