The prior two latrine stalls for the boys were dilapidated and didn't even have doors. This project constructed a new latrines buildings with 4 stalls for use by the 290 male students and teachers. The ratio of pupils to toilets used to be 143:1, FAR exceeding the recommendation of 30:1 for boys by the Ministry of Education.
