These 4-foot-tall mesh fabric cylinders, are filled with soil and punched with holes a few inches apart into which seedlings are planted to produce a dense vertical garden. 120 vegetables and herbs can be grown — all in a diameter of just 3 feet. This project funded 40 garden towers for Maasai families in Tanzania.
