Of the 676 students at Balita Primary, there are 31 who live in the dorm, and 13 are blind. Many disabled or blind children are abandoned by their family so have no other place to sleep. The 31 students had to share mattresses & blankets. This project funded 20 new mattresses & blankets so they each have a place to sleep.
