Kiahuko and Irigithathi Schools rely on government assistance as well as a school garden to provide the midday meal for the students and staff. This project provided 22 90kg bags of maize, 11 90kg bags of beans, 140kg of cooking oil, and salt. This supplemental food will help provide nutrition until the gardens start producing.
