Project Description

This project will build a new set of pit latrines for the 87 students at the Monte Carmelo School in Peten. The current latrines are in such bad shape that most of the students relieve themselves in the bushes. This is not only unhygenic but creates a toxic environment. This is one of four projects for the school.
