The TGUP funded sewing center in Nyeri continues to produce Save a Girl™ kits. In 2019, TGUP funded over 4,500 kits in Kenya, and distributed them free of charge to girls in 40 different schools and women’s groups. Each distribution also includes education on the use of the kits, self-defense, and menstrual health.
