The Uganda sewing center, located an hour north of Kampala in Nsawo, was opened in October, 2023 to make Save a Girl™ kits. They produced and donated, always free of charge, 1,433 kits in 2023. They have trained multiple seamstresses and, in addition to SaG kits, have plans make cloth bags, baby clothing and reusable diapers
