The Tigania County has experienced drought conditions for the past two years. Most families are peasant farmers who depend on rain to feed their plots. No crops had been harvested at all the past 2 seasons, leaving many families going to bed hungry. TGUP funded $2,000 for maize, beans, rice, and cooking oil for 100 families.
