Over the past 20 days, 1,557 kits were given to girls in Kenya & Uganda. The distributions were held at 7 Primary & 2 Secondary Schools. At each distribution, the girls are given a chance to ask any questions they want about menstruation. This is often their only chance to discuss a taboo subject. They also learn self-defense.
