The school raises much of its needs for vegetables, milk, and meat. The trees project is meant to do the same for the school’s need for fruit. There is one tree for each of the school’s 120 students. It is hoped that they will feel special affinity for “their” tree, care for it, and visit it in the future. Finally, it is hoped that the trees will add to the ambiance of the school, helping make it a living environment in which the children can grow and thrive.

Thank you to the Special Need Children Center Foundation for making this beautiful gift to the school and its students.
