The materials were purchased the week of April 19th, 2021, and the seamstresses have already started sewing the bags. Each kit contains a large bar of soap, 8 liners (pads), 2 shields, and a colorful carrying bag.

We distributed 232 Save a Girl kits to “commercial sex workers” and their daughters. We worked through the Kenya Assembly of God church in Mweiga.

St. Benedict Parish is comprised of four local Catholic churches. The parish sponsored a day of education for girls on menstrual health and hygiene before they returned to school. We distributed a total of 354 kits.
