This project will construct two new classrooms for the Las Flores Rural Public School in Peten, Guatemala. The school has 106 students and 4 teachers. The classrooms have leaking roofs, holes in the wooden planked walls, and cracks in the floors such that wind and rain enter the classrooms. The rainy season in this area lasts 9 months so both teaching and attendance suffer. The exterior…
