Working with Humanity for Children, TGUP built a new 30’x30′ building to house the Save a Girl ™ sewing center in Loibor-Siret, Tanzania. The new building also has three storefronts for women-led businesses.

The land was granted from the local Village Council and the Women’s Work Collective. Four Bay Area Rotary Clubs funded the project:  Belmont, Livermore, Palo Alto, and San Ramon. Thank you! The world is a better place because of you.

Granted property

TGUP recently provided training and intellectual property for the seamstresses so they can produce Save a Girl kits in volume for the girls and women of the surrounding area.
