The Kiahuko Primary School is being renovated with 8 different projects. The top priority project was to bring water to the school. The local Health authorities had threatened to shut down the school unless they gained access to water.

This project entailed cutting through the tarmac of the road to reach the main water source and then laying piping to the school. Trenches were dug to lay pipes that were then connected to four 5,000 liter water tanks.
